Rohan Chitale (Mr. Chitale 🎩) is a multiple international level soccer champion and has captained the Indian team at Gothenburg Sweden, Frederikshavn Denmark and Portugal.
Rohan has done Global MBA from Northern Illinois University, USA (Global Strategic Management) and has successfully completed Master of International Management Program from Sapienza University Rome, Italy. Prior to that he has done Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Ivy College of Business, Iowa State University, USA.

Ishwari is a Co-Founder of Mr Chitale Magic LLP and she is involved in Finance department of the company. Ishwari has a great understanding of design and therefore, forms the core part of our design team and think tank!

Ishwari is MBA topper in her college concentrating in Finance and Marketing. She is extremely creative and does really beautiful paintings. Ishwari is a certified “Yoga Master” as she has been able to achieve extraordinary Yoga-Asanas and has displayed it at state level championships.

The great Legendary Bhaskar Ganesh Chitale came to settle in Bhilawadi, a place blessed by the great incarnation of the supreme Nrushimha Saraswati Swami Maharaj of Audumbar (2nd Avatar of Lord Dattatreya). I am sure what you are about to read is all happening entirely because of the Divine’s Blessings!
This is the place where in 1939, he started the Chitale Dairy business on a small scale. Now it is the single name that comes to all Marathi people’s mind when someone asks, “What is the pride of Marathi people in Business Field”? It is “The Chitale’s” without an atom of doubt.
Nanasaheb (Parashuram) Chitale, son of Bhaskar Chitale, is what I call a “Mahapurush” or a living legend. You should feel fortunate if you had a chance to touch his divine feet and get a magical spark to carry on your endeavors. He was the one who supported my mother, Smita Chitale, a woman, to go ahead and start the women empowerment business while the other people in rural areas were discouraging women entrepreneurs! Look at his vision!! These are the people who have built and are building India not the politicians alone…!

Chitale Bandhu Mithaiwale is our Sweets Shop business known in every household of Maharashtra, India and beyond! Late Shri Bhausaheb Chitale and Late Shri Rajabhau Chitale have done tremendous contribution for growing Chitale business. Shrikrishna Chitale, Madhav Chitale, Sanjay Chitale, Indraneel Chitale and Kedar Chitale are currently taking the Mithai brand forward with great impact.

My cousin, Atharva Chitale, is a young architect (son of Mahesh Chitale) and he has started his own firm called Alchemy! Hit them a like and spread their work. Your appreciation means a lot to Atharva!
Late Dr. Vishwanath Chitale, manifested his mother’s dream and went on to become one of the top ENT surgeons of India and started his own “Chitale Hospital”.
The principles of humanity, hard work and sincerity were imbibed in him by his parents. He was an expert in the field of ENT, Head and Neck Surgery and treated his patients like family. His noble work spread through the state of Maharashtra thereby, making special name for himself and for the hospital.
He was well known for his intelligence, his strong principles and his ethical medical practice. He was a legendary figure and current doctors can learn a lot from his majestic work!
Dr. Vishwanath Chitale was very passionate about nature and enthusiastically planted 1200 Mango trees near Lonavla, India in 1999. Despite being youngest sibling in the family, he was loved and respected by all and was a big support and advisor for our entire family. Aniruddha Chitale, son of Vishwanath Chitale, is a passionate young businessman who has started his Ice Cream business in Pune, India!

Inspiration for Magic
Smita Chitale
My mother, Smita Chitale has been my greatest inspiration for Magic and everything else in my life until date. She has done everything for me and wherever I stand today in life, I can say without a doubt that, it has all been possible only because of her! I am proud of my great mother and I feel extremely fortunate that I have her! She is a management genius and is in process of launching Roti/Chapati business for strengthening the rural women and thus, contributing to India’s future! My mother has sacrificed everything to make her two sons, me and my great loving brother Atul, have all the capabilities and expertise to lead the business in the next phase of excellence!
Anant Chitale
My father is an incredible asset of Chitale Group. Without his extraordinary efforts in building plants, production planning, seamless engineering and rare expertise in designing new products for successful launch, Chitale Group would not have been “what it is today!!”.
I believe he is a genuine mind-reader (as he finds out everything about a person with just a glance in eyes, so I believe that’s where the Magic of Mr. Chitale comes from) and has accompanied me on all my soccer tournaments and calls me every day on phone to check how I am doing. I am proud to have such a great father and I take inspiration from him to work as hard as him and live in a humble manner!
Atul Chitale & Rucha Chitale
My brother, Atul Chitale is a brilliant person and I learnt a lot of things from his experience. He is currently involved in Manufacturing and Product Development at Chitale Dairy. He was the one (Before I went to the US for my education), who brought me lots of magic books and playing cards that has helped me become a successful magician that I am today! I thank him sincerely for that.
